He made the tour very interesting and we had a wonderful time. What was not so wonderful is that I had booked this tour for the night before and it was cancelled. Viator didn't contact me to offer alternative food tours or to rebook for the next night (which is the tour we took). I had to go online and rebook the tour. Bad customer service!”
